Ambassadors play a vital role in the salaam foundation: They align with the mission, goals, and values of Salaam Foundation, and they're willing to share it with others. They bring Salaam Foundation to life in their respective cities by connecting project organizers and supporters to others all around the nation!
Ambassador Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for being the eyes and ears on-the-ground in your local community
2. Find local projects and initiatives in need of support and guidance
3. Own the relationship between the project and Salaam Foundation
4. Develop creative ways to partner with local organizations and leaders

Currently, Celine is a graduate student studying social work at UT Austin. When she’s not in school or at work, you can find her (trying to) grow fruit trees, baking (as if she’s in the dessert round on Chopped), or dreaming of opening her own coffee shop. If you ever see her, say Salaam!

Though she enjoys her job in government and community relations, as an amateur bird watcher and gardener, Raneem daydreams in her alter ego as a farmer -- even though it's really hot in El Paso and has no idea how the granjeros do it! When she isn’t trying to get you registered to vote, she's searching for the spiciest tacos, though just the thought of their heat makes her sweat.
Fun fact: Raneem has a kitten named Papaya!

You will often see Kinza being a bandwagon Houston fan (even though she decided to live in Austin for three years). While she's in corporate, she likes being creative in every way, not just powerpoints. You can often find her browsing pinterest for KinzKrafts, making cringy tik toks, and binge watching The Bachelor! You'll definitely recognize her with her curly hair and extra personality!

Ushna studied public health at UT (hook em 🤘🏽 and please wear a mask 😷🦠) but her true passion is grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s. She loves Grey’s Anatomy (yes, even after 16 seasons she is a loyal fan), working on DIY projects, and making food tiktoks.
